Couples Therapy
Here at FIVE3 working from a Gottman framework we facilitate couples counselling. Whether your relationship is new or seasoned, our therapists are here for you. We understand that your commitment to increasing strength in your relationship also involved alliance within the therapist and FIVE3 client(s). Bi-weekly appointments are encouraged.
Group Therapy
A variety of group therapy sessions are available during specific times of the year. Our groups are grounded in skilled based CBT/DBT concepts. We offer a variety of age appropriate groups inclusive of mood management, DBT skills, self-esteem, anxiety and trauma/PTSD. Groups are typically offered once per week for 1-2 hours for a duration of 8, 12 and 24 weeks. Commitment to attendance and participation is a key element to effective group outcomes. Individual Therapy
Some things can be difficult to face on our own. If you are feeling stuck, unmotivated or overcome with low mood/ anxiety, individual therapy can help. FIVE3 believes that you are the expert of your life and our highly skilled therapists can help you make a long-term changes. It’s never too late to change directions of your path.
During Individual Therapy, the therapist and client build alliance as they work together from a wellness-oriented and self-reflective approach to exploring insights and learning to resolve the presenting problems and challenges as identified by the client. There are a variety of treatment modalities that a clinician might utilize. Speak to one of our therapists about their specific approaches to better understand how and when they work best.
Talk Therapy
Here at FIVE3 we offer a variety of therapeutic pathways that involve an eclectic approach to providing you high quality accessible therapy. Therapy is provided in a hybrid approach, either in person or online to suit your needs.
